It seems you're pretty lax when it comes to accepting staff. I know of situations where people become staff and don't do thier job well, so I recommend a number of set questions that an applicant must answer. That way, you know what you're dealing with. Aplogies if I sound like I have a superior mindset, I just think this needs to come into play ASAP.
