Utopia Plaza Suggestions

So in the map, between Windel City, Blazemer City, Luntic City, and Ishvale City, is a location placed on the crossroad of the 4 cities. This is known as Utopia Plaza. My plan is to use this as a central event location, where different events will be held. However, I want to try and add other things in here as well, but I'm not sure what to add. So I'm turning to the player base for more ideas. So here's what I'm looking for: ideas of plugins/features we can add to the Utopia Plaza to make it a center of social events.

use it as a tm trade where you can trade tm's that have no use to you for better ones
